Belt magnetic separator HYCBN series high gradient

High gradient belt magnetic separator is used to process fine ore (fraction less than 2 mm) and separate magnetic matter from ore.

  • Non-metal: purification and removal of impurities in quartz, feldspar, kaolin, refractory material.
  • Ferrous metal: extraction of martite, hematite, limonite, chalibite, ilmenite and manganese ore.
  • Non-ferrous metal: separation of wolframite, leucite, etc.
  • Rare metal: extraction of tantalum-niobium ironstone, zinnwaldite, monazite, xenotime, etc.

  • Special magnetic circuit design, high magnetic field gradient. The magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic plate surface is in the range of 1.4 T – 2.0 T.
  • Large flotation area, reducing the non-magnetic field area and improving the efficiency.
  • Tilting mounting. The angle can be adjusted.
  • Magnetic field with permanent magnet, needs to be equipped with belt motor to save energy and electricity.
  • Automatic unloading of magnetic material, complete separation of non-magnetic material from the unloading pad.
  • Simple design, convenient operation and maintenance, low failure rate.
