Vibrating screen with rectilinear oscillation (medium frequency)

The products are used for cleaning, dewatering, dewatering, desliming, etc. in the metallurgical, coal mining and non-ferrous metal processing industries.

The oscillation is caused by the motor, then the optimum arrangement is applied. The rational bearing load can extend the service life of the electric motor by 2 times. Double channel is provided for vibrating screen with width more than 3.6 m in order to optimize the screen frame design. A combination of static and dynamic finite element analysis of the screen chambers ensures the strength and dynamic performance of its critical components.
