Vibrating screen for iron and nickel ore beneficiation plant

Application instruction:

Used for coarse ore with high density, such as metal ore and ironstone in high load and strenuous working mode, initial coarseness ≤350 mm, screening coarseness 3–150 μm.
Types of sieve: polyurethane sieve, perforated manganese steel sieve, cast manganese steel sieve.
When ordering, in addition to the number and quantity, the customer must also specify the size of the sieve holes, the sieve type and the angle of the screen (we recommend 18° in our practice).
The motor can be mounted on the left or on the right. If there is no special requirement, we will supply the motor on the left side.
Automatic lubrication device (optional).
