- The coal regeneration furnace is made of stainless steel with heat resistance up to 1100℃, ensuring no deformation of the furnace tube at working temperatures of 700–750℃.
- Instead of a spiral feeder, a new type of vibrating feeder is used, preventing coal breakage during feeding.
- A new high-quality heat-resistant material is used, ensuring thermal insulation and light weight.
- To provide sufficient regeneration time and reduce heat loss, the furnace body is 10%–20% longer than those of other manufacturers.
- The furnace is equipped with EPS backup power; the furnace body automatically rotates for 2 hours in case of a sudden power interruption.
- The coal regeneration furnace is equipped with an automatic constant temperature control system and a protection device against power supply interruptions.
