Automatic ball feeder HH-ZQ-A3 series

The HH-ZQ-A3 series automatic ball feeder is used for loading steel balls into the ball mill during the grinding process. It is characterized by improving the mill efficiency, reducing energy and water consumption. The machine prevents the balls from jamming and has excellent workability.

  • Automation of the ball loading process minimizes the wear of grinding components and also saves significantly on the power consumed by the mills.
  • Automatic loading of balls into the mill according to the set time and number of balls loaded.
  • Failure alarm and interlocking.
  • Two operating modes: automatic and manual.
  • Control system includes PLC, touch screen and communication network and interface for data transmission.
