The sieve frame is suspended and supported by rubber spring, low noise, low power consumption and dynamic load of the equipment, so there is no special requirement for the installation base.
The forced feeding of ore pulp is used, which is conducive to reducing the flow velocity of ore pulp on the screen surface and prolonging the service life of the screen, and also conducive to the even packing of pulp into the screen, and improving the screening efficiency and productivity of the screen.
Installed 2 vibrators, straight-line oscillation is combined with the patent repulsion technique, which provides large screening area, high transmission speed, maximizes the screening of fine-grained materials from the feed materials.
Installed non-clogging wear-resistant polyurethane sieve – high quality patented products with large porosity and long service life (sieve hole size 0.074 mm), which ensures minimum production cost.
Frequency conversion technology is applied, which contributes to effective control of screening coarseness and more rational use of sieves for classification.
The surface of the equipment is coated with an anti-corrosion and wear-resistant layer, which can prolong the service life of the equipment and reduce the maintenance frequency of the equipment.
