Semi-self grinding mill

Ball mills and semi-self-grinding mills are designed for the grinding of various ores and other materials, which are widely used in the mining industry, including beneficiation of mined ores, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, chemical industry, etc.
Our company produces large-size mills of extended range:

  • Ball mills – Max size Φ6.4×10m (8000 kW), reserve Φ7.9×13.6m (2×8500 kW).
  • (Semi-)self-milling – Max size Φ9.15×5m (8000 kW), reserve Φ12×8m (24000 kW).

  • Testing (laboratory testing and semi-industrial testing) – JK Drop Weight Test & SMC Test – international semi-self grinding mill size selection test; Bond Index Test – ball mill, rod mill.
  • Process design and mill size selection – Volumetric and power dissipation methods; three-dimensional design; EDEM discrete element method.
  • Different mills are provided for different grinding technologies, which are used in coarse grinding, fine grinding and pre-crushing operations.
  • The design and manufacture of the ring gear and gear drive shaft is carried out in accordance with the American AGMA standard.
  • It is possible to provide segment bearings with a special oil station.
  • Separate lubrication system and hydraulic support system.
  • Turbolifter is a complete solution for modernizing the discharge system of MSI/MSI mills, providing optimal grinding conditions by eliminating the problems of ore transportation through the discharge grate.
  • Local Automated Control System for the Grinding Process (LASUTP).
  • High-quality wear-resistant material is used to manufacture bearing, liner, lining, bushing, etc.
  • In 2015, our company and FLSmidth (USA) jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement on mining equipment technology.
