Supply of Komatsu Spare Parts for "Lenzoloto"

Kryptoniy LLC has successfully completed the delivery of original Komatsu spare parts for the gold mining company Lenzoloto.

Special attention was paid to logistics, as Bodaybo is located in a region with limited transport accessibility, especially during the off-season. To minimize risks, Kryptoniy implemented a combined delivery scheme: railway transport to key hubs, followed by trucking to Bodaybo. This approach helped avoid delays and minimize equipment downtime for the client.

“Working with remote regions is always a challenge. However, our experience and established partnerships with logistics providers allow us to tackle such tasks efficiently. For Lenzoloto, we optimized the delivery route to ensure their equipment received critical components on time,” said Alexander Semenov, Logistics Director at Kryptoniy LLC.

The delivered components are intended for servicing key models of Komatsu mining machinery, including haul trucks, hydraulic excavators, and drilling rigs.

The list of supplied parts included:

  • Power units and cooling systems: complete pumps, radiators, oil coolers, generators, motors, fans, crankshafts, radiator cores;
  • Hydraulic systems: hydraulic cylinders, motors, control valves;
  • Undercarriage and transmission: axles, final drives, tensioners, track frames;
  • Electronics and control: control units, distribution valves.

All parts meet OEM standards, ensuring seamless integration into the client's equipment.

“Our company continues to expand its logistics capabilities, delivering to even the most remote corners of Russia. This deal reaffirms that Kryptoniy is a reliable partner for mining companies in the North and other hard-to-reach areas. We are currently in talks to expand the contract to include Komatsu equipment maintenance services,” added Alexander Semenov.

Kryptoniy remains focused on speed and reliability in its supply chain — delivering not only across Russia’s vast and remote territories, but anywhere in the world
