Wedge Wire and Slotted Screens for Elga Coal

Kryptoniy has launched prompt production and delivery of wedge wire and slotted screens for the Elga coal deposit located in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

Our team visited the site, where company specialists gave us a tour and highlighted a key issue faced by almost all coal preparation plants — rapid screen wear during operation.

“We prepared a proposal for the production and supply of screens specifically for the Elga coal deposit. This was followed by the manufacturing of a pilot batch and subsequent product testing,” said procurement specialist Yuliya Bibikova.

The pilot batch performed excellently, leading the client to decide on scaling up deliveries.

Already delivered:

• Wedge wire screens — over 320 units
• Polyurethane screens — over 350 units

Currently in production:

• Slotted screens — over 300 units
• Wedge wire screens — over 400 units

The project is being implemented on a tight schedule with a focus on reliability, a tailored approach, and strict adherence to deadlines.
